RE: Elizabeth Carson

This is what happens when I play Resident Evil...

Meet Elizabeth Carson. She is my Resident Evil fan character. Since Resident Evil has such a flexible story, it's really easy to include her. I even came up with a plausible back story!

She was one of the lead scientists working on the T-Virus. When they ran out of human test subjects for the virus, she noticed her colleagues started disappearing. She put two and two together and started working on a vaccine.

Good news: She came up with one!
Bad news: It's WAY slower than the virus!

She was working on a way to make it spread through the body faster when she got a call about a... "promotion." Naturally, her first thought was "Aww hell... I'm so screwed!" She injected the vaccine into her left arm (she's right handed) and procrastinated as long as she could. By the time she got into the office, her brain, most of her chest and torso, part of her face, and her left arm were immunized.

She was pretty confident that if they tried to infect her like the others she would be safe enough... Unfortunately, they injected the virus directly into her tissue instead at the neck, arms, legs, and chest so it would spread faster. The vaccine saved her sanity, but she still often wears a huge coat so she doesn't have to look at herself.
